Miniki Peacock, Founder of FormLuxe Consulting LLC.
Miniki Peacock is a global tax professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate tax departments of multinational companies. Her expertise encompasses international, federal, state, and local tax compliance, as well as global tax reporting, entity structuring, and reorganizations for both public and private companies.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles, managed global tax teams, and collaborated cross-functionally to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and foster growth through effective structuring and planning, while leading high-stakes compliance initiatives.

In 2025, Miniki founded FormLuxe Consulting to extend her corporate-level expertise to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Today, she applies the same clarity and strategic focus from her corporate leadership to help founders make informed decisions and build with confidence.
She holds a Master of Legal Studies, with a Graduate Certificate in International Tax Law and Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Texas Woman's University. ​

Outside of her professional pursuits, Miniki enjoys spending time with her husband of 27 years. Together, they love relaxing outside, watching movies, and traveling to new places, and cherish watching their two adult daughters thrive.​
