Policies

At FormLuxe, we’re committed to providing clear, professional, and tailored services. The following policies are designed to set expectations and protect both you and our business.

Payment & Booking

  • Services may be purchased directly through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

  • Services that include a consultation are scheduled through Calendly, with payment required at the time of booking.

  • After purchase, you will receive an email with the information and documents needed to complete your service

  • For consultation-based services, you will receive a confirmation email containing calendar details and a reschedule link.

  • Appointments are confirmed once payment is received; unpaid bookings will be automatically released.

Rescheduling & Cancellations (Consultations Only)

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our services, FormLuxe does not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

  • In rare instances where a refund is approved, please note that Stripe's processing fee will be deducted from the total refund, as their fees are non-refundable.
