Payment & Booking

Services may be purchased directly through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Services that include a consultation are scheduled through Calendly, with payment required at the time of booking.

After purchase, you will receive an email with the information and documents needed to complete your service

For consultation-based services, you will receive a confirmation email containing calendar details and a reschedule link.

Appointments are confirmed once payment is received; unpaid bookings will be automatically released.
Rescheduling & Cancellations (Consultations Only)

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice using the link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, FormLuxe does not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

In rare instances where a refund is approved, please note that Stripe's processing fee will be deducted from the total refund, as their fees are non-refundable.
